Furthermore, AmenityRecommender is now available in the Oracle Cloud Marketplace for Oracle Hospitality Cloud customers.
To achieve Oracle Validated Integration, Oracle partners are required to meet a stringent set of requirements to ensure solutions successfully and reliably meet the needs and priorities of the customers. This integration with Oracle Hospitality OPERA and external systems such as CRM, Hotel TV, digital signage, and voice technology allows hotels to consistently communicate up-sell recommendations to its guests, resulting in increased hotel revenues and improved guest experience.

AmenityRecommender – for each particular guest, considering many parameters (even over 10 hydro-meteorological parameters) – identifies the guest’s interests and intent and tries to match it with the corresponding products or services offered by the hotel. This results in a significant increase in total guest value and improvement in guest experience. The solution consists of a back-end platform for A.I. models, front-end application for receptionists and integration with Amazon Alexa voice technology. Integration with Amazon Alexa allows placing Amazon Echo speaker in every hotel room. By asking “Alexa, what can I do today”, guests can get personalized recommendations based on A.I. system. Optionally, it can be integrated with Hotel TV solution, CRM, tablets, mobile and web applications.
